Your Role in Construction Project Management
Step into a dynamic position in Aachen where you will support construction managers and site supervisors in all administrative processes. You will document construction progress reports, take minutes in key meetings, and serve as the central contact point for subcontractors and construction teams. Beyond coordination, you will handle general project support – from processing mail to organizing team events.
What You Bring
- A completed commercial training or several years in a secretarial or assistant role
- Experience or knowledge in construction (a plus, not a must)
- Strong coordination skills to manage collaboration between teams and subcontractors
