Our quantity surveying department is responsible for the successful budgeting and scheduling of our projects, as well as for tendering procedures and contracting. We are currently looking for experienced Architects / Civil Engineers (m/f/x) for our project teams in Berlin.

• Model-based cost planning and control across all service phases
• Budget -target analysis, concept-phase project evaluations
• Setting timetables, control plans and detailed construction schedules
• Development of contracting strategies
• Preparation and execution of tendering procedures
• Commercial / technical evaluation of offers
• Participation in contracting negotiations

• A degree in architecture, civil engineering with a focus on building
• Minimum two years’ professional experience
• Proficiency in cost planning and / or tendering procedures and / or scheduling
• Experience in model-based cost management and tendering preferable
• Good command of German
