Personal Assistant to the Head of Global F & C & Technical Assistant to the Global F & C Division (m/f/d)*
The Head of Global F & C has overall responsibility for the facultative and corporate business of the reinsurance group worldwide. This includes management responsibility for the teams based in all MR offices around the world.
We are looking for you, an experienced Personal or Team Assistant, who directly assists the Head of Global F & C (and to some extent his management Team) in an exciting, dynamic and international environment.
Your job
- Calendar management; Making travel arrangements and scheduling visitor appointments
- Planning, organizing and coordinating of meetings, events and workshops and being a contact person for partners and visitors
- Coordinate and handle internal and external correspondence in German and English
- Preparing Power Point presentations, Word documents and Excel spreadsheets
- Process and follow up confidential matters and documents
- Ensure efficient on- and off-boarding of colleagues and interns
- Close cooperation with GC/NA4 team of assistants, including filling in for colleagues during vacation/absences
Your profile
- Successfully completed training, e.g. as an office communications clerk or foreign language correspondent and experience in assistant functions
- Experienced with all common Office 365 applications, communication and administration systems
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Very independent, reliable and precise way of working
- High level of commitment and initiative, combined with a willingness to take on responsibility
- Strong team spirit, organizational skills and service orientation
- Confident and courteous manner when in contact with internal and external customers as well as business partners
