Your Role:

• Manage the setup of new customer sales contracts within our emnify portal
• Import data into Salesforce (ie: sales leads import for campaigns)
• Issue monthly credit notes for customer refunds
• Maintain CRM data in an accurate way, and help users with daily requests
• Interface with emnify teams cross-functionally: Sales & Customer Success setup of their contracts in EUI, support users in Salesforce with daily requests, CRM reporting.
• Finance - issuing monthly credit notes and reporting it back to Finance. Marketing - Lead & campaign management.
• Logistics - support within CRM regarding SIM shipments.

Your Impact:

• As emnify’s celebrated Working Student of Sales Operations, your main role is to set up customer contracts within our portal. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn Salesforce and the technical functions of the platform and engage across teams.

• Within your day-to-day journey, you’ll have the chance to support CRM users (e.g account reassignment, data mass updates, data accuracy check, reporting, new user creation) and perform sales lead list uploads to Salesforce. Continued operational support of Salesforce Admin and Sales Ops Manager in their ongoing projects is also to be expected in the role.

Your Skills:

• 20 hours/ week availability – remote option from Germany
• Ability to work independently
• Excel skills at intermediate level- frequently using the VLOOKUP function (Other tools we use daily: DocuSign, Jira, Confluence)
• Attention to detail – this role requires setting up technical configuration of customer accounts properly in our portal
• Analytical and critical thinking skills - support the CRM processes and help with reports
• Communication skills to proactively interface with colleagues from different departments quickly

• Important requirement - we set up a large percentage of contracts on first business day of the month, so we will need your schedule flexibility and availability on this date(s).
