The Flight Operations Dispatch (f/m/d) (“dispatcher”) reports to the chief test pilot and supports our flight crews in all relevant tasks necessary to schedule flights: flight planning/flight log, NOTAM, weather briefing, organization of airport-/airway slots and PPR where necessary. He/she supports the planning. He/she keeps files updated on the flight test crew proficiency and safety equipment.

• Support flight planning (area booking, flight planning and filing, PPR/slot booking, flight log preparation) for all our test flights, maintenance flights and other flights
• Keep actual status of NOTAMs and weather forecast
• Support planning of Flight test campaigns: contact and prepare arrangements with potential flight test sites
• Keep records of flight hours, flight duty hours, proficiency, licenses of the flight test team members
• Keep record and initiate maintenance, repair, replacement of personal safety equipment
• Establish flight ops operations

• 3+ years of working experience as flight dispatcher in a general aviation flight department.
• Flight dispatcher license and a Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung (ZÜP), Pilot license appreciated.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Autonomous worker and excellent communicator
• IT skills, e.g. MS Office, dedicated software applications, etc.
• Very good written and oral knowledge in English.
