Business management, administration and support
Your role
Are you detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? Are you a real team player?
We’re looking for a team assistant to:
- manage calendars including external and internal conference calls, meetings, arrange travel bookings, itineraries
- support office administration, like ordering supplies, handling mail and managing conference/event logistics
- coordinate the production of e.g. presentation books and reports, meeting prep documents, etc.
- assist with finance management, including processing of invoices and expenses
Your team
You’ll be working in the Investment Bank within the Global Markets team in Frankfurt.
Your expertise
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- keen attention to detail, organized and able to seamlessly multitask
- proven written and verbal communication skills (German and English)
- comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels as well as with external contacts
- team player
- flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude
