- Preparation of tool requirement analyses on the basis of specified maintenance activities and repair sequences
- Matching identified tooling requirements against existing and/or adaptable tooling inventories
- Specifying tools/special tools to be developed or procured
- Coordinate the creation of technical documentation (operating instructions) for tools
- Analyze tool handling, transport and storage requirements and specify transport and storage containers
- Designing and assembling tool sets according to specified maintenance concepts
- Preparing and accompanying acceptance tests by customers (presentation of tools and related delivery documentation)
- Recording and maintaining the material data of tools with regard to design changes
- Coordination of work results with national and international customers and suppliers Customers and suppliers
- Preparation of topic-related evaluations and status reports for domestic and international customers
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN - Technical degree or comparable training with further training as a technician
- Several years of professional experience and good technical understanding
- Knowledge of the industry and/or prior military service (e.g. German Armed Forces) an advantage
- Experience in assessing the use of tools and test equipment in the context of mil. Maintenance (incl. field maintenance)
- Good knowledge of MS-Office and databases
- Good knowledge of English
- High degree of independence, flexibility and special competence esp. ability to work in a team
- Analytical skills and linguistic expression as well as diligence and thoroughness in complex processes
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel
