You will join the department ESXTI in charge of Tiger ILS Management -Operation & MKIII Development:
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.
Manage a transnational team (not disciplinary)
Leads AH/AHD/AHE ILS change management team, taking into consideration interdisciplinary coordination and cooperation
Creation and tracking of the ILS concept and the ILS plan internally and coordination with international partners, including LSA (Logistics Support Analysis), TP (Technical Publications), MS (Material Support), Technical Assistance, Tools (AGE & GSE), Training Support , Maintenance Repair & Overhaul and others.
Project management related to improvements to the change management process, including: Core PDM Introduction, Tech Data Transformation
Coordination of scheduling regarding ASBs/SBs with all contributing functions.
Representation of the Support & Service (S&S) functions and concerns within the program platform and various program steering committees. such as PRM review
Representation of Support & Service (S&S) functions and concerns towards various international customers OCCAR/Nations and suppliers
Budget planning (UPH) and negotiating budgets with program management and customer
Monitoring
Identification of business opportunities in the context of new developments related to support and service
For UHT variant, assures correct and in time implementation of any modifications, impacting customer support (deliverables).
Support sales and Program in the offer /contract phase by providing technical and program-related information customer satisfaction
Assures customer orientation, well balanced and cross checked with contractual obligations.
Conducts Faster implementation of ILS changes in close agreement with Customer (ODT / Nations)
Monitors and control project performance (including forecast), compare actual with the baseline (covering costs. resources, time, scope), predict project performance at completion, analyse gaps, and if necessary, evaluate possible alternatives / appropriate corrective actions
Master / Bachelor Aeronautical Engineering
Project Management financial/economic controlling and risk assessment skills
Ability to manage a team (engaging personality, great communication)
Good knowledge of and several years of professional experience in ILS-management, support engineering and product management, esp. for military aircraft
Advanced Experience in data management and processing
ILS data (Tech pub/LSA/IPL/SB) skills desirable
English at negotiation level/ French language skills desirable
Good communication and organizational skills/ Service mindness, customer focused
