Are you passionate about teaching and eager to inspire young learners? At Camps for Friends, we’re looking for enthusiastic English Teachers for Kids & Teens to join our team. We offer city camps in Duisburg, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hannover, Köln, Munich, Nürnberg, and Stuttgart. As part of our teaching team, you'll play a key role in creating an engaging and immersive English-learning experience for children and teenagers - all while having an unforgettable time yourself! At Camps for friends, we’re all about creating a „home from home“ for both campers and staff alike.
Position: English Teacher for Kids & Teens

Your Role:
- Lead engaging English lessons through conversation, games, and activities
- Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere where kids feel comfortable speaking English
- Support and collaborate with fellow camp staff in organizing and running activities such as sports, swimming, crafting, museum visits, etc.
- Encourage teamwork and cultural exchange among campers
- Adapt to different learning styles and ensure each child has a valuable experience
Who We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English speaker (C1 or native level) with strong communication skills
- Previous experience teaching, tutoring, or working with children
- Energetic, creative, and patient individuals who enjoy working with kids
- Availability for at least two weeks per year, during school holiday periods
- A valid work permit for freelance employment in Germany (if applicable)
- Minimum age 18 years
- Ideally you live directly in one of our City Camp locations, or in a nearby town
