You will be able to support a variety of communications activities and tactics including supporting event presence and logistics, social media planning, operational support, and critical data tracking and analysis for our Reach and Engagement Powerhouse (covering Operations, People and Operational Performance, Real Estate).
You will leverage your communications and analytics skills and attention to detail to help compile an overview of industry events through researching the landscape of third-party industry and McKinsey owned events and conferences and qualification of such with the outcome of a holistic, global overview of top-tier events as a single source of truth for our planning going forward.
You will work with our team in identifying our key spokespeople per topic and region with the goal of providing a holistic repertoire of spokespeople. You will provide support for spokespeople in developing their content and materials and will help with the operational coordination of speaking engagements. You’ll support operational data tracking and reporting (e.g., Air Table process reports) and data collection after speaking engagements or hosted events.
This is a paid internship that will last a minimum of 6 months.
