This position can be filled in Bremen, Aurich, Holzgerlingen, Emden Raguhn, Remels, Kiel, Rostock, Magdeburg, Mainz, Mannheim, Hof, Marne, Westerstede, Oberkotzau, Burgwedel, Barneveld (NDL) on a part-time basis of 20 hours/week. It is limited to 6 month.
- Analyze, refine & document End-to-End processes of our Product Lifecycle Management department
- Internal management processes like identity & access management (from on- to off-boarding) or subcontractor management (budget planning / tracking / forecasting)
- Business processes of each PLM module such as product structure-, document-, part-, CAD-, change & release, digital mockup, architecture or infrastructure management etc.
- Occasionally absence replacement: manage shopping carts for hardware & external services as well as purchase orders (creating service entry sheets & good receipts, invoice booking)
- Support ongoing strategic projects in documentation & training aspects such as
- IT provider management framework
- eLearning 2.0
- R&D process landscape update
- PLM program configuration & variant management
- Enterprise Architecture Mapping
- Enrolled in a relevant bachelor's or master's program (e.g., Engineering, Information Technology, Business Process Management)
- Ability to translate technical information into clear and accessible documentation
- Strong attention to detail to capture intricate aspects of PLM processes accurately
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional & international team environment
- Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel etc.) required
Ideally (not mandatory) first experience with PLM systems and processes as well as documentation tools (OneNote, ARIS, Confluence etc.) -
