You do not yet work at Bosch? You have an extraordinary CV with several years of professional experience? Then: join our Fast Track Program.
With our Executive Fast Track Program, you will spend approximately 12 months in various positions in Germany and abroad and experience the full range of operations.
You will rotate across different Bosch Operation areas in order to take over a leadership role within a Bosch plant.
In this leadership role you will be responsible for a large-scale manufacturing area covering different value streams e.g. high-pressure injection valves or sensor elements. You will drive transformation within the Plant and the International Production Network. You will actively be participating in the plants' management committees to steer and implement the plants vision and strategy. You will be leading specific International Production Standards both domestically and internationally. In addition, your responsibilities include overseeing the volume and investment strategy for the area of responsibility. You will act as Key Account of the plant towards the Business Unit. You will implement future-proof platform and application projects within the plant and the manufacturing network. Furthermore, you will support the development of regional expertise, focusing on processes, leadership routines in the workshop area, and the ramping up of new products.

Background: In addition to your master’s degree in engineering (such as mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical specialization), which you completed with great success, you have a strong technical understanding in the areas manufacturing, process development, mechanical engineering, production systems, and continuous process improvement.
Experience and know-how: You have professional experience as a leader within the manufacturing industry or manufacturing-related areas. You have experience in working collaboratively with employee representatives and leading other managers. In addition, you possess the skills and knowledge to adapt organizational and operational structures to changing conditions.
