• Support the Service Catalogue Manager in day-to-day operations to ensure the ITIL Process Service Catalog Management
• Recording of requirements for IT services with Demand Management
• Elaboration and coordination of IT Services with Service Owners
• Creation and maintenance of the global IT service catalog
• Developing and optimizing service descriptions and service attributes in collaboration with the service owners
• Preparation of service areas/dashboards and decision documents
• Monitoring and optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT Service Catalog process

• IT process know-how generally according to ITIL standard, as well as implementation of IT processes,
• Experience in IT infrastructure and new implementation of IT projects
• First experiences in using the process tool ServiceNow
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and German language
• Affinity for IT topics
