Your Key Responsibilities

• Execute and configure end-to-end targeted lifecycle campaigns and incentives across European markets using Braze Canvas.
• Manage localized content, assets, and copy within Contentful to ensure seamless, automated multi-channel workflows.
• Drive optimization through continuous A/B and multivariate testing to enhance open rates, CTRs, and campaign ROI.
• Uphold rigorous quality standards by performing standardized QA checklists and user acceptance testing for perfect accuracy across all devices.
• Act as a cross-functional operational lead for internal teams and external partners to ensure timely campaign execution.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM operations, digital marketing, or e-commerce campaign management.
• Practical expertise with customer engagement platforms like Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud and headless CMS tools like Contentful.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS for layout troubleshooting; a Braze Certification is considered a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret behavioral metrics and data for informed decision-making.
• A detail-oriented and customer-centric approach, with a passion for automation and AI-driven features.
