Become part of our dynamic Operations Coordination team and play a vital role in ensuring seamless export and import operations for our offshore wind parks. You'll be involved in various supporting tasks related to logistics management, serving as a key contact for our Operations colleagues regarding customs clearance. Your daily activities will include establishing and improving processes and guidelines while managing an Access Database to track material flows. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will not only optimize operations but also contribute to the success of our projects and the broader goal of sustainable energy.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the logistic management of projects
- Act as a point of contact for Operations colleagues regarding customs clearance
- Assist in developing and strengthening existing processes and guidelines
- Maintain an Access Database for tracking material flows.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a study program in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1–3 years of studies remaining
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and possess good knowledge of IT systems (e.g., SAP)
- A dedicated and engaged team player with an ownership mindset
- Proactive, independent, goal- and detail-oriented, and self-driven working style
- Fluent in German and English
- Availability to work from our Hamburg office 1-2 days a week is a plus
