Taktile exists to create value for organizations through smarter and safer decisions at scale. Taktile is based in Berlin and New York City.
Taktile was founded by machine learning and data science veterans with extensive experience building and running production ML in financial services.
Our team consists of engineers, entrepreneurs, and researchers with a diverse set of backgrounds. Some of us attended top universities such as Harvard, Oxford, and Stanford and some of us have no degree at all.
Our team has accumulated extensive work experience at leading tech companies such as Google, Amazon, and Meta, startups, and the enterprise software sphere.

That's where you come in.
As Founders Associate you build Taktile’s foundation to grow and excel at any level. With your pragmatic and hands-on mentality you set the guardrails for our organization to evolve into a solid and well-oiled engine for innovative decision design.
As Founders Associate, you will work closely with the CEO to enhance our existing processes and establish new market best-practices across all dimensions of the organization: From onboarding of new talents, to day-to-day operations, employee retention and offboarding procedures.
This role will require hands-on work, an entrepreneurial mind-set, and strategic thinking, which is why we are looking for a young professional with first experience in strategy consulting or at start-ups.
Design and drive powerful people processes across the entire employee lifecycle (from visa processes over onboarding, retention to off-boarding) and implement and master all necessary IT systems.
Actively manage and enhance our finance processes (e.g. quarterly accounting, payroll, expenses, taxes) and build up a finance team to master these processes.
Implement and track meaningful organization-wide KPIs, which help build our path towards Series B.
Support the founders in their day to day business.
Identify and lead strategic projects.
You have successfully finished your Bachelor or Masters studies at a top tier university.
You have first work experience in demanding, fast-paced environments (e. g. high-growth startups, fintechs, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.).
You like to take on responsibility and drive your own progress.
You demonstrate strong analytical skills and have a hands-on mentality.
Your judgment allows you to decide when done is better than perfect and vice versa.
You are curious and like to challenge the status-quo.
You are fluent in English and in German.
