• The International Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d) is responsible to identify, plan and implement holistic Marketing & Communication opportunities across our international markets.
• In this role you are part of the Brand Marketing function, working closely with our Country Managers and many different functions across the entire organization (Creative, Media, Buying, CRM, Analytics, Onsite).
• You will be responsible to build a solid communication plan for key markets, plan and activate local influencer campaigns and support on PR-related initiatives.
• This is a new role within the team and requires a self-starter mindset, eager to establish processes, implement learnings and energising our international network to drive Breuninger´s brand ambitions internationally and position us as the leading omnichannel player in Europe.
• The ideal candidate is a highly trained marketing professional, with an international mindset, experienced in marketing & communication with a passion for lifestyle and fashion. You must have strong strategic and executional skills, ensuring to connect all dots and looking for impactful country-focused opportunities. You are an extraordinary communicator and a stakeholder management champion.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• English speaking, German & Polish speaking is a plus
• 3+ years’ experience in (brand) marketing or communications ideally in consumer facing lifestyle environment
• You are a self-starter, taking own initiative and being used to juggle different projects at the same time
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong Project Management & organisational skills, always with a problem-solving mindset
• Ambitious, pro-active with hands-on / can-do attitude
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to reach out and engage with a broad range of colleagues and our international country managers
• You love complex processes and continuous improvements across all involved parties as you strive for the best results
