Your Role

You are responsible for the overall PDC Presbyopia Program.

You identify current barriers for surgeons to recommend PRESBYOND procedure.

You will develop tools to facilitate PRESBYOND patient counseling.

You work closely with the global PDC team to gain customer insights and implement the program in targeted countries.

You will collaborate closely with the Professional Education Team, global PRESBYOND KOLs to ensure voice of customer is represented and co-develop educational programs

You ensure continued alignment and consistency of training across different regions and countries

You will implement the program roadmap, manage progress and report to senior management

You ensure alignment with our global strategy and internal teams, Marketing, Sales, Clinical
Application and focused Presbyopia Solutions team.
Your Profile

Master's degree preferably in Optometry, Health Sciences, Marketing or Business

Several years of professional experience in the healthcare industry, medical devices, pharma, or aesthetics' marketing and/or sales

Proven field experience as an optometrist, optician or clinical trainer

Experience in Digital Marketing and/or Social Media Marketing

Successful management of training programs or product launches

Good interpersonal skills and analytical mindset

Customer oriented and solution driven approach

Proven experience in consulting premium products and customer settings

Ability to network, connect and influence internal and external stakeholders

Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English, verbal and written
