We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchasing Coordinator (Buyer)!

You will be responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers internationally, in terms of buying the best quality goods and services for the company at the most competitive conditions.

Key responsibilities:

• Placing orders to suppliers, monitoring execution;

• Creating a procurement plan, budgeting, monitoring its implementation;

• Tracking of material and goods balances, planning of delivery dates and calculation of inventory;

• Maintain constant communication with manufacturers:

• Ensuring appropriate documentation for international operations, maintaining relations with Chinese partners and ensuring compliance with the terms of agreements;

• Manage risks associated with the transportation of goods from China, resolve logistics issues, cooperate with freight companies and customs services;

• Participation in the development, management and execution of procurement strategies in line with the company's business strategy;

• Search for new manufacturers in the field of home decor (home, garden, furniture, kitchen, children's room, etc.);

• Responsible for timely analysis on cost savings, procurement improvement opportunities and compliance of supplier partnerships with agreed terms.

Qualifications and experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in procurement;

• International experience of working with manufacturers ;

• English – Fluent;

• Understanding of the Chinese market, including cultural, legal and economic aspects.

• Advanced user: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to find reliable suppliers, ability to conduct effective negotiations with companies;

• Risk management related to international transportation, customs restrictions and logistics;

• Understanding of international documentation, ability to overcome language barriers for successful communicationTolerance combined with perseverance;

• Experience with modern sourcing and procurement systems;

• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements;

• Good communication skills;

• Attention to detail.
