Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to scope roles and develop sourcing strategies.
• Use innovative and creative sourcing techniques to spot, attract, and engage top talent
• Actively engage in headhunting efforts to identify the right talent through non-traditional methods and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract potential candidates
• Screening applicants for competency and skills that match with the job requirements
• Maintain detailed records of sourcing activities and candidate pipelines in the application tracking system (ATS).
• Keep up with industry trends and best practices to refine our recruitment process.

• At least 3 years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in the tech industry; additional agency experience is a plus
• A solid understanding of technology, technical roles, and the skills required in the IT sector.
• Competence in using effective sourcing techniques and various channels
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, thriving in a distributed global team.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidate profiles effectively.
  Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in German is a must
