Responsible for overseeing several production teams, creating and approving of budgets and financial reports for controller, and developing process improvements.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Independent and efficient management of various project teams (led by the responsible production manager)

• Coordination, organization as well as quality control of the individual project processes.

• Active design of new work processes in the project business.

• Management of project administration according to specifications/ agreement with production management.

• Preparation of calculations and financing plans after consultation with the production management.

• Budget and cost monitoring.

• Preparation of monthly financial reports/ forecasts.

• Creation and maintenance of communication structures within the department.

• If required, assignment as responsible production manager on own projects.

Qualifications & Experience...

• Significant experience as a production manager in the non-fiction sector.

• Experience in factual entertainment as well as in the show business is an advantage.

• Business fluent German and English (written and verbal)

• Leadership skills and the ability to take on tasks actively, independently and responsibly.

• Flexibility in terms of time and ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage crisis situations.

• Interest in strategic development of the entire company and/or individual divisions.

• Willingness to work abroad.
