• Visitor and meeting room management
• Switchboard, support with phone enquiries, manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Assistance in keeping reception area, meeting rooms and kitchens clean and tidy; ensuring kitchen appliances are kept in good working order

• Organisation of incoming and outgoing post incl. courier bookings and general deliveries
• Keeping office stocked with stationery, food, drink and so on
• Keeping written information up to date, from placed orders to new processes
• Support with event planning, as required
• Liaise with the cleaning company if any issues arise
• Liaise with building management for any facility-related concerns
• Other tasks include (but are not limited to): administration of access cards, taxi and hotel bookings, ordering of business cards / Marketing items, managing car parking spaces and other ad hoc tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to use online resources for research
• Education: A-Levels / Abitur or equivalent; additional education is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Strong organisational skills
• Well-presented, professional demeanour and calm under pressure
• Ability to prioritise and a problem-solver
• Trustworthy, not only with confidential matters
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and reliably complete tasks
