Your Mission:
Take the lead on delivering commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar and BESS assets at Soventix. You will steer the full project lifecycle – from contract signature through construction to commercial handover – ensuring both commercial and technical excellence.
What You Will Drive:
- Partner with cross-functional teams – engineers, designers, and contractors – to uphold top-tier H&S and quality standards across all projects
- Orchestrate EPC workflows (Design, Procurement, Construction), chair team meetings, and ensure clear documentation of minutes and action items
- Own contractual obligations and keep project timelines on track
- Handle financial project management, including invoice approvals and budget oversight
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to align on project goals and needs
- Contribute to Soventix' continuous improvement in best-practice methods, valuation processes, knowledge management, and internal tools
What We Expect From You:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent professional experience
- A proven track record in project management, specifically in grid-connected solar projects during the construction phase
- The ability to work remotely, independently, and with strong self-motivation within a collaborative environment
