Your Tasks
- product management - Responsibility for managing and updating our product database, including price maintenance, product descriptions and images for online as well as offline.
- activations - Planning and implementation of product campaigns. Increasing the internal visibility of the product & e-shop. Both include creative digital content creation.
- customer communication - Responding to customer inquiries, such as providing information on products, orders and deliveries.
- daily business Product Shop - Assist with traditional sales activities, such as cashiering, advising customers, reordering products, and stocking shelves.
- daily business e-Shop - Helping to ensure efficient picking of online orders and supporting warehouse management.
Your Profile
- Advanced studies in the field of business administration, logistics or marketing.
- Duly matriculated during the entire working student activity
- Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Organizational talent and ability to work in a structured manner
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in order to actively support the day-to-day business of the Product & e-Shop
