Remote: Candidates onboarding in Stuttgart.
Language(s) : Must be Fluent in BOTH German and English.
We are looking for an organized and experienced PMO/Project Manager to join our client's team on a 12 - Month Contract. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects and overseeing project staff to ensure successful completion of all deliverables. You will also be responsible for providing regular project management reports, as well as providing guidance and support to the project team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Manufacturing/Automotive and strong project management skills.
- Manage all aspects of projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and risk management.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the project team and management.
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
- Identify and resolve conflicts, issues, and risks related to projects.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure that projects remain within scope and within budget.
- Communicate with the project team and stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Provide guidance and support to the project team.
- Develop and maintain project management reports.
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with established processes and procedures.
- Assist in the development of project management best practices.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Experience in Manufacturing/Automotive.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of project management software and reporting tools.
- Must be Fluent in Both German and English
