Your tasks

• 
  Commercial assistance work in office management and PMO in IT consulting projects in the areas of HR management and GRC with national and international customers from a wide range of industries
• Support and relief of the project managers
• Collaboration in order processing up to invoicing
• Correspondence with national and international customers
• Preparation of templates, presentations and documentation
• Support and coordination of internal projects and between companies

Your qualification

• 
  Enrolled student at a state-recognized university in the field of economics, communication science or a comparable course of study.
• Knowledge of project assistance, commercial and organizational processes would be an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Very good handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong communication skills with an innovative, entrepreneurial mindset and a strong team spirit, as well as a high degree of initiative, structured working style and determination
