Für unsere Abteilung Meetings & Events Deutschland suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen einen PROJECT ANALYST (M/W/D)
- Der Project Analyst übernimmt eine zentrale Rolle bei Unterstützung der Projekt Manager sowie dem Team Manager.
- Die Einsatzfelder sind klassisch in den Bereichen Buchhaltung, Reporting und Zuarbeit im Projektmanagement zuzuordnen, wodurch wenig bis kein direkter Kundenkontakt generiert wird.
- Die Accounting-Funktion übernimmt die Bearbeitung von Lieferantenzahlungen, sowie Rückfragen und die Erstellung der Honorar Rechnungen sowie Kommissionen.
- Sie unterstützt Projektleiter, indem administrative Aufgaben, wie z.B. das Ausfüllen von Formularen zur Eingabe an die Buchhaltung, nach Anweisung ausgeführt werden.
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt sie Teamleiter und Projektleiter in administrativen Aufgaben, wie der Erfassung von Projekten in Reporting-Tools sowie bei allgemeinen Bürotätigkeiten. Führung und Entwicklung deine Mitarbeiter sowie Ansprechpartner jeglicher Art
- Der Project Analyst bearbeitet alle projektrelevanten Zahlungsbewegungen auf Projektkonten (Tour Accounts) und führt die dafür nötige Korrespondenz mit den Fachabteilungen, den Projektleitern, Lieferanten und im Einzelfall auch mit Kunden durch.
Job-Fähigkeiten & Qualifikationen:
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Accounting
- Gutes Zahlenverständnis, bzw. Grundkenntnisse in Buchhaltung; analytische Fähigkeiten
- Auch in Englisch sicher in der Kommunikation (v.a. mit „Accounting Terminologie“)
- Gutes Organisationstalent
- Flexibilität, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Belastbarkeit
- Selbständiges Handeln und Entscheidungsfreude
- Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel und PowerPoint)
