Geospatial Intelligence Capabilities Development SME
The Opportunity:
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government and military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a GEOINT capabilities development SME, you use your specialized technical and analytical experience to work as part of a diverse contract team performing in-depth review and development of planning products and future capability documents. You'll provide GEOINT capabilities subject matter support to inform USEUCOM’s Intelligence Directorate input to the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), the Intelligence Community Capabilities Requirements (ICR) process, and associated USEUCOM working groups and processes to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client provide technical experience informed advice to senior management, principals and components on matters involving space and airborne based GEOINT collection platforms and senior capabilities. Your working knowledge of geospatial services sensors and ground and maritime points of presence will allow you to support a USEUCOM officer with both intelligence and foundational GEOINT expertise and tradecraft ensuring both are leveraged for USEUCOM the client’s requirements. You will work in coordination with USEUCOM SMEs, Components, and Intelligence Directorate Divisions to identify, document, and prioritize GEOINT capability gaps and ensure they are reflected in the annual USEUCOM Integrate Priority List (IPL). As the authority on your area of expertise, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in the GEOINT intelligence field
- Experience with sensors, Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) processes and architectures
- Experience with IC, DoD, or Services sensor acquisition processes, including development, testing, and platform or site integration
- Experience preparing issue talking points or position statements to inform and support committee sessions or working groups and events
- Experience providing written and oral communication to develop and shape JCIDS urgent and emergent needs documents, Program Based Review (PBR) issue papers, input to ICCR Statement of Capabilities (SOC), or Command advocacy letters to IC or DoD principals
- Ability to present technical topics to non-technical audiences, including senior leaders
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications
Nice If You Have:
- 3+ years of experience at the Combatant Command (CCMD) or its Component, or the Joint Staff
- 2+ years of experience with MASINT organizations
- Experience as a MASINT analyst, Collection Manager, or Functional Manager
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and responding in a timely fashion to changing requirements, priorities, and short deadlines, and work independently without considerable direction and mentorship
- Experience providing support for conferences and events, as requested by the Government, including handling logistical coordination and providing administrative support, and cross-agency organization coordination for these conferences and events
- Possession of excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Master's degree
