What to expect | Putting People at the Heart of Technical Workflows
Your responsibilities include fast and efficient technical support for AV and video conferencing solutions at an assigned customer site. You will handle support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system. Your tasks will also include ordering (replacement) parts and consumables, issuing RMAs (return merchandise authorizations), and documenting problem solutions for our customer. On-site support and installation of control programs (AMX, Crestron, etc.), along with timely and quality-conscious support during meetings and installation of connections, complete your task profile.
What you bring | Seeking Enthusiastic Team Members
Your strength is professional communication with employees, customers, and colleagues. You have a high level of service orientation, working independently and meeting deadlines is second nature to you. Ideally, you have completed vocational training in media technology, electrical engineering, event technology, IT systems electronics, or a related field, or you have professional experience in one of these areas. Experience with streaming events is an advantage. Your German language skills are very good.
