Your Mission

Looking for an exciting opportunity to deepen your insights into investor relations and sustainability? Our Investor Relations and Sustainability team seeks a proactive student to assist with research and documentation on capital market and sustainability topics, create compelling presentations, reports, and organize events.

Join our dynamic team that drives sustainability projects, investor relations, and shapes our company's strategic direction.

This role empowers you to take ownership of projects, gaining valuable experience and fostering professional and personal growth.

THE WORK YOU WILL DO:

Support the creation of presentations and analyses for investors, senior management, and key stakeholders. Contribute to the development of financial and sustainability reports (aligned with CSRD).
Maintain investor relations databases with accuracy.
Collaborate on projects integrating ESG criteria into our business strategy for maximum impact.
Work closely with various departments and external consultants to achieve common goals.
Engage directly with Finance and Controlling for seamless collaboration.
Independently manage smaller projects, support strategic initiatives, and drive your own innovative ideas forward.
Provide decision-making support and suggest improvements to internal processes for enhanced efficiency.

Your profile

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in economics, sustainability management, finance, or a related field.
Knowledge of sustainability reporting is advantageous, though no specific certificates are required.
Gain an edge with initial practical experience through internships or similar roles in strategy consulting, sustainability, controlling, or M&A.
Showcase excellent analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), strong communication skills, and teamwork abilities.
Experience with reporting tools and databases is a plus.
Bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, high self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to excel both independently and collaboratively.
Communicate fluently in written and spoken English; German proficiency is a plus.
Commit 16-20 hours per week for the next 18-24 months.
