As a Business Coordination Specialist (m/f/x), you support our International Buying departments with our biggest IT transformation project. YOUR JOB

Collaborating with various departments and helping them to improve processes and systems
Analysing, fostering and shaping communication between internal and external stakeholders
Supporting management by preparing appealing presentations
Working within an international team across countries
Participating in relevant agile meetings and ceremonies (sprint planning, review, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE

University degree or comparable degree
High level of computer literacy (especially using PowerPoint and Excel, experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is ideal)
Experience in an agile work environment and agile project management is a plus
Highly reliable, organised and comfortable working independently
Effective collaboration, professional communication and presentation skills
Analytical skills and ability to think “outside the box“
Business-fluent English skills
