In the course of your varied role, you will manage the whole of a section in our outlet store. As part of this function, you will be responsible for your department’s sales and revenue, control the flow of goods and organize staffing. In addition, you will ensure that the layout of the department is attractive and that merchandise is presented in such a way as to promote sales. As a result of your personal and expert advice and support of our discerning customers, your confident demeanour and your good manners, shopping in your department will become an experience. The final elements of your job profile include the leadership, motivation and coordination of your staff team.
