R&D Project Manager (m/w/d)
COATEMA Coating Machinery GmbH designs and manufactures equipment for coating, printing and laminating, both for roll-to-roll
applications for web-shaped substrates and for piece goods coating. As a globally active company and part of the ATH Group,
COATEMA has a worldwide sales network and supplies all growth centres with its coating, printing and laminating equipment. With
over 10 different coating lines, Coatema has one of the largest R&D centres for coating technology, where we develop optimal soluti-
ons for our customers. We are working in funded R&D projects since 2008 and here we generate the ideas, know how and solutions for
Coatema and our customers to come.

• Presentation at project consortium meetings
• Managing at least two funded projects parallel
• Travel in Europe for project meetings and conferences
• Contribute to the research strategy of Coatema
• Find new R&D topics for Coatema and the deep tech markets for

the future of our company

Your profile:
BSc, MSc or PhD in (Applied) Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical

• Hands-on mentality
• Interest and/or experience to manage funded projects
• Good communication skills
• Good written and verbal skills in both German and English language
• Interest and comittment to the „next thing“
