YOUR TASKS:
- Support the Online Marketing Europe team with a special focus on the area of e-mail marketing.
- Development of concepts and texts, e.g., for newsletters and customer journeys, and support in the creation of the respective emails
- Data maintenance and optimization as well as creation of reports and ad-hoc analyses, e.g., around marketing performance measurement
- General support in data protection-related matters, e.g., monitoring compliance with relevant data protection regulations for the protection of personal information in our webshops
YOUR PROFILE:
- You are enrolled at a university, ideally with a focus on communication design, communication, media, or business studies.
- Basic knowledge in (online) marketing, e-commerce or web analysis is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a well-structured way of working with strong attention to detail
- First know-how in the use of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge in the use of marketing tools (e.g., for the creation of newsletters) is a plus
- Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
