We are looking for a motivated and dedicated JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER (M/F/X).
Official Residence: Schwanewede

We specialize in machining using state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and are the market leader in the production of compressor wheels for the automotive industry. In addition to the plants in Germany, the BOOSTER Group has further locations in Slovakia, Mexico and China and employs around 1,000 employees worldwide.

Job-Description

Key responsibilities

• Customers point of contact across all business functions for selected customers without high turnover
• Leadership and ownership of business development of the assigned customer(s)
• Management of RFQ process and sales related negotiations with respective customer(s)
• Identify and understand client needs and business trends, including competitor activities and market data
• Preparation of the annual sales budget for assigned customer(s), following execution and taking actions needed to assure budget being delivered
• General Sales Team support, i. e.:
  – Administration of general sales data management like development/maintenance of customer databases
  – Preparation of internal and external documentations
  – Price change follow up and implementation in SAP
  – Support the preparation and follow up of yearly budget and Mid-Term-Planning

What you bring with you

• Very good IT skills, especially MS Office and SAP
• Business fluent in English, fluent in German and other foreign languages are an advantage
• A person with a tendency to an entrepreneurial mindset and an independent way of working willing to learn and develop him-/herself
• Team player with excellent communication, strong organizational and multitasking skills, very good time management
• Strong work ethic and prepared to ‘go the extra mile’
