As an HR Business Partner you will support your area of responsibility in all HR topics - the following awaits you:
- Team player: you enjoy exchanging ideas with our international HR team on issues and working out solutions together with them. Your way of working is characterized by proactivity, reliability and a sense of responsibility. You approach problems patiently, in an organized and structured manner, but also maintain a certain flexibility in your way of working.
- Communicator: Thanks to your open and communicative manner, you are able to communicate content to different target groups in German or English. You are able to communicate your arguments and decisions in a comprehensible and understandable way and make clear, binding statements.
- Visionary: You are enthusiastic and motivated to learn new things. You are also interested in new forms of work, such as agile working and accompanying change processes. You shape an agile corporate culture in a FinTech environment. In your work, you have a practical view and don't lose sight of the big picture. You like to build an internal as well as external network for the exchange of experience and information.
- Specialist: You are enthusiastic about working as an HR partner with our departments and managers to implement operational HR topics along the employee lifecycle. You are familiar with German labor law and use HR analytics and KPIs as a source of information. You also apply your passion in internal HR projects.
As an HR Business Partner you bring with you:
- Expertise and experience: You have a degree in economics or a comparable degree with a focus on HR and have relevant professional experience. You enjoy dealing with current topics related to HR, agile working methods, new work and change management. Knowledge of German labor law and operational HR processes are a matter of course for you.
- Softskills: Proactivity, reliability and commitment are an integral part of your daily work. With the help of your communicative and empathic nature, you can involve the various stakeholders and thus create an atmosphere of trust.
- Additional skills: You use your German and English language skills confidently in your daily work. In addition, you have already used modern IT tools such as Microsoft Teams and Miro.
