As the Performance Management & Learning Lead, you'll spearhead the creation of a cutting-edge, performance-driven ONE C&A Learning organization. You will champion the development of Performance Management Processes across C&A, cultivating a more engaged and thriving organization by embedding learning habits, enhancing capabilities, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Craft and execute an organizational capability strategy, driving learning solutions to bridge skill and performance gaps in key strategic areas.
• Design and implement strategies to boost overall organizational performance.
• Develop organizational development interventions (pulse/climate survey) as needed.
• Refine, optimize, and deploy the Performance Management framework, aligned with C&A values, to instill a performance-oriented mindset throughout the organization.
• Analyze performance and learning data, reporting on key metrics to leaders and stakeholders to pinpoint trends and areas for improvement.
• Create and deliver training programs to address performance gaps and enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Optimize and advance a structured learning management system, ensuring a seamless and stable ONE C&A Learning environment.
• Enhance targeted upskilling and training within select projects to support C&A's Growth Driver initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the business on all performance and learning matters, driving the performance and learning strategy forward.
• Translate career pathing into actionable learning solutions, strengthening our internal talent pool.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the team through periods of transformation, fostering high performance and personal growth.

• Expertise in designing and implementing performance appraisal cycles and learning journeys.
• Solid understanding of performance management and learning principles.
• Proficiency in generating reports and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of performance management and learning initiatives.
• Knowledge of HR principles and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand business challenges and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Adult educational science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in developing or executing strategic plans for performance management and learning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through transformation.
• Fluent in business English, both spoken and written.
