Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve robust, high-performance trading applications using C#.
• Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of systems across the full stack.
• Optimize system operations by evolving monitoring, alerting, and automated deployment processes.
• Stay ahead of technological trends in algorithmic trading and integrate new ideas into the team.
• Implement risk-aware solutions and safeguards to ensure compliant and secure trading operations.
• Promote engineering excellence through rigorous testing, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring to the Team

• A degree or comparable practical experience in software engineering.
• Solid experience in software development, ideally with a focus on C#.
• A strong interest in building and maintaining complex production systems.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud environments such as Azure or Kubernetes.
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to solving technical problems.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with Linux, FIX protocols, or high-availability systems is a plus.
