- Developing the content strategy based on the defined ideal customer profile and target persona within the decision-making unit
- Designing and implementing innovative market campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website
- Creating valuable content such as case studies, blogs, white papers, reports, and social media posts
- Conducting comprehensive market research projects and analyzing data to inform our marketing initiatives
- Supporting the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of virtual and on-site trade shows together with our Sales team
- Optimizing our Google ranking through SEA/SEO strategies
- Monitoring the results of individual marketing measures to ensure ongoing success
- Creating detailed reports to showcase the results of our marketing efforts
- Overseeing the development of publications, presentations, and digital templates, working closely with external agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- A completed degree, preferably in Marketing/Communication or a similar field
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing/Communication, preferably in a startup
- Experience in Online-Marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics is a plus
- Strong editorial and communicative skills, able to produce accurate texts, photos, illustrations, and videos
- Structured and independent working style, with a creative and initiative-driven approach
- A reliable team player

- Proficiency in content management systems is a must.
