You will be responsible for:

• 
  Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures

• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues

• Schedule and plan meetings and appointments

• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues

• Office purchases and stocks management

• Manage office and tools accesses

• Update data into our tools/files

• Support in creating company’s statements/certificates when requested

To ensure your success, you’ll need:

We are looking for an Office Assistant able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. For you to be successful in this role, we expect:

• Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant or in another relevant administrative role;

• Working knowledge of office equipment;

• Thorough understanding of office management procedures;

• Excellent organizational and time management skills;

• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving;

• Proficiency in MS Office;

• Very good teamwork, communication skills and friendly approach;

• Proficient English and (nice to have) good knowledge of German;

Recruitment Process:

Our recruitment process is comprised of 3 stages:

• 1st: PX interview

• 2nd: Panel Interview

• 3rd: Final Interview
