Your tasks:

• you will be the first point of contact for our workshop customers, providing support and advice
• plan workshop appointments and create repair pre-orders
• record vehicle and order data
• hand out vehicles to customers and answer general questions about the scope of repairs
• ensure the smooth running of the service team
• advise and assist customers by telephone and in person

To be best qualified for the position you possess:

• Experience in customer contact
• Pleasure in dealing with customers
• ideally knowledge of service
• Confidence in the use of Autoline and common office systems

The position is full-time and limited to 11 months. However, we are very interested in a long-term and successful cooperation.
