Responsibilities:
Provides business analysis for B+L Global Operations to identify key variances, drivers and action plans

Provides quality financial analysis and collects international input to explain monthly/quarterly results to international and senior corporate leaders

Identifies opportunities for improvements of planning, forecasting and analysis

Maintains a strong relationship and collaborates with international Finance departments

Reviews and implements corporate policies and procedures

Optimizes existing and develops new reporting tools and processes

Qualifications:
Degree in business administration with specialization in Finance

Prior experience in Finance or consulting in an international environment

Fluency in English, both oral and written communication, additional European language considered a plus

Knowledge in Oracle HFM, SAP, MS PowerBI or other financial reporting tools

Highly skilled at coordinating information resources and problem solving

Excellent communication skills

Analytical skills and strategic thinking

Self-driven and resolts-oriented
