We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst (all genders) to join the International Finance team on our journey always to deliver amazing experiences. You will directly partner with Local Finance and Business leaders, working on new innovative initiatives to drive growth.

The IF team represents the local and regional teams to central senior leadership with the respective performance

They aim for excellence and accuracy in DH financials, KPIs, and free cash flow planning

They support the creation of the best scenarios for delivering great results while considering DH entities’ market position, competitors, and products.

Regional (Finance, Business, Data Analytics)

Central teams (Group Controlling, Group Accounting, Regional Directors, Performance, International Marketing, Investor Relations, etc.)
Your Mission:
-
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring processes ensuring data quality and integrity across various systems and tools

Perform analysis on forecast/budget and actuals to provide insights on FP&A reporting deliverables for senior leadership.

Understand and analyze related trends (P&L, balance sheet, Cash-flow, and non-financial KPIs).

Support Month-End close activities under IFRS and local GAAP.

Serve as the finance business partner to the Local, Regional, and Global teams (i.e., on-demand analyses, investment proposals, long-term financial planning, etc.) Utilize data analytics tools to extract actionable insights from financial data, assisting in strategic decision-making.

Partner with business teams to ensure compliance with relevant legal standards, government regulations, contractual requirements, and Group policies, i.e., maintain compliance procedures.

Collaborate with International finance colleagues to drive best practices and efficiency improvements impacting the overall group.

Execution of ad hoc finance initiatives as & when required.
Your heroic skills:
-
5+ years of relevant finance experience.
-
Degree in finance, accounting, or any other related field.
-
P&L, Balance Sheet project management, and analysis experience.

Demonstrated excellence in financial analysis and data model building.

The ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
-
Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
-
Experience in partnering with business teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Nice to have:

MBA and/or professional finance designation.
-
Advanced Excel modeling & analytical skills.

Knowledge and experience using business intelligence reporting tools. (Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, SAP, OneStream, Anaplan, MicroStrategy, SSAS Cubes, etc.)

Experience with SQL and data warehouse.
