How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support of ED&AA in general as well as department heads globally
- Preparation of presentations and reports
- Administrative and organizational support in day-to-day business and completion of general secretarial tasks in the front and back office (e.g., processing e-mails, creating orders)
- Planning of (international) trips as well as work meetings, workshops and visits of internal and external colleagues and business partners
What You Bring
- Current Studies in a business or HR related field
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as internal tools (My-IT, E2E Travel, OneSRM)
- Very good English skills, written and spoken
- Independent and structured way of working, and good understanding of processes
- Willingness and organizational skills to maintain an overview in stressful situations
- A confident and friendly attitude
