• Work with teams to develop estimates, budgets and timelines
• Monitor and track projects, produce and distribute status tracking reports and provide proactive recommendations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Assist the team in managing and prioritizing workloads
• Manage communication and approvals between project and client teams
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs and offer solutions when necessary
• Identify and secure project resources, including third-party vendors, as needed
• Serve as a liaison for internal resources from planning through implementation for flawless execution of projects

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering with focus on Power Systems Engineering
• Experience in TSOs business or businesses related to TSOs
• Good knowledge of electrical power grid fundamentals and operation
• Good knowledge of electricity market principles including capacity calculation methodologies
• Understanding of power system grid modelling, data formats used and load-flow analysis
• Good knowledge on operation-related regulatory background
• Deep knowledge on training tools and practices
• Deep knowledge on learning and development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
