Job Title: Sales Engineer - Robotics Automation
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and identify potential customers and applications for our products and services
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide technical solutions to their problems
Conduct feasibility studies and make technical recommendations to customers on the best use of our products and services
Create techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical training to customers
Attend trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services
Develop marketing materials and presentations to support sales efforts
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development in the industrial automation or robotics industry
Strong technical background in factory automation and robotics, including knowledge of different applications of industrial robots
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
