In order to meet the increasing market demand for SoC test systems arising from new digital trends and technologies, we are doing a transformational program with the target of significantly ramping our shipment volume and meanwhile driving the adoption of a single automated digitalized platform for supply and demand planning activities.
As part of the worldwide SoC Delivery team you will have the great opportunity to work with our program management team to practice and improve your project management skills.
You will be responsible for: - Coordinating meeting setup by alignment with our different project managers in the program
- Attending some important project meetings, and making meeting notes accordingly and accurately with who-when-what
- Tracking and updating project progress in the standard Atlassian Confluence -Jira system.
- Assisting Advantest project manager in the contractor onboarding activities of our program,
- Creation and maintenance of process related information (e.g. Workflows and procedure descriptions) using the tools Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and following our Advantest process standards.
- Assisting project managers in our program to manage files with proper version tracking in the collaboration tools Atlassian Confluence and Microsoft SharePoint
- Preparation of project status reports or communication materials if required
- Assisting Advantest project manager in team event organization

Requirements:
What we expect from you: - Studies of Project Management, Business Engineering or Business Informatics or comparable field of studies with main subject Supply Chain Management
- Independent and well-structured working procedure and strong communication skills
- High level of commitment, intercultural skills and team player mentality
- Strong German and/or English language skills, verbal and written
- Competent handling of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiar with Confluence and Jira or similar project management and collaboration tools
- First experience with Microsoft Visio or similar business process modelling tools desirable
- Business process notation skills (BPMN or similar business process standard) desirable
