Your tasks

Lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects within the Bank, from initiation to closure.
Manage project budgets and resources and ensure work is completed within defined budget, time and quality constraints and in accordance with established processes, appropriate service standards, practices and procedures.
Develop and implement project management best practices and methodologies (both agile and waterfall), and ensure compliance with company policies.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk and issue logs and status reports.
Lead and motivate the project team, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and with external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project team members and external suppliers.
Collaborate with other departments and teams within the Bank to ensure alignment of project objectives and priorities.

Your knowledge/experience

Educated to degree level or equivalent
Project Management Lifecycle experience – preferably in a Banking environment and/or in a multi-national environment
Experience in different project environments, driven by different methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall
Thorough understanding of an IT implementation lifecycle, including: requirements, development, SIT, UAT
Project Management certification is a plus – LBG Bronze + CAT rating, IPMA level C or above equivalent; PRINCE2 / PRINCE2 Agile
Very good MS office (incl. MS Project) and Jira/Confluence skills
Excellent English skills, German a plus
