Location : Cologne, DE
Reporting to : Client Care Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an intern to join Client Care department and support the team in process documentation.

YOUR TASKS:

• Rework existing process documentations and adding extra information based on IT systems update
• Update and reshape the existing defect repair library
• Maintain internal training material to be share to all Rimowa stores (written documents, pictured guidelines and videos)
• Support the maintenance of material master data (specific material information, pictures of the materials)

YOUR PROFILE:

• Last year student before graduation - Business administration, Engineering, Logistics or similar fields
• English fluent
• Self-driven, able to work independently and proactive in setting priorities
• Good communication skills, positive attitude and strong team player
• Open minded (work with different countries and departments)
• Synthetic and well-structured mindset
