Location : Cologne, DE
Reporting to : Client Care Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an intern to join Client Care department and support the team in process documentation.

YOUR TASKS:

Rework existing process documentations and adding extra information based on IT systems update
Update and reshape the existing defect repair library
Maintain internal training material to be share to all Rimowa stores (written documents, pictured guidelines and videos)
Support the maintenance of material master data (specific material information, pictures of the materials)

YOUR PROFILE:

Last year student before graduation - Business administration, Engineering, Logistics or similar fields
English fluent
Self-driven, able to work independently and proactive in setting priorities
Good communication skills, positive attitude and strong team player
Open minded (work with different countries and departments)
Synthetic and well-structured mindset
