Aufgaben

Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

• In our you will be responsible for the development and implementation of performance-orientated app campaigns in various advertising networks (e.g. Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Search) for our online marketplace
• By working closely with various teams (including the App, Tracking, SEO and Design teams), you will develop data-driven, scalable and targeted app campaigns to attract customers and improve app retention
• You will analyse app performance on the basis of relevant KPIs and independently derive optimisation measures
• You will continuously develop the campaign set-up and conceptualise new ideas and approaches for advertising opportunities
• You will recognise potential and be able to solve problems independently

Profil

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

• You have successfully completed a university degree in the fields of economics, marketing or a comparable subject
• You have professional experience in the field of app/mobile/performance marketing and have relevant experience in managing app campaigns
• You work in a customer-focussed way and always find new creative ways to improve customer loyalty and campaign KPIs
• You are knowledgeable in the areas of apps/mobile devices (IOS, Android), ASO and retention marketing
• You have a high level of analytical expertise and an affinity for numbers
• You have an understanding of technical contexts in online marketing
• You have a fluent command of English, and ideally also basic knowledge of German
